![American Express’ site won’t let me pay the recent activity amount because I have a credit balance amount that exceeds it. What in the world? I called them to try to pay the amount by phone but they said the computerized system wouldn’t take it, and that if I want to still pay, I’d have to mail in a check. I want to pay electronically or by phone and save postage - why won’t you let me!?  !_!
