Rough start to workweek / today's lunch...

This workweek’s started off on a bad note / wrong foot apparently per the IM conversation excerpt below.

Me: Eh. Whenever I'm not poking my eyes out will be good.

Me says: I know what I'm going to be for Halloween (joke taken from Piyush): productive employee!!!
Boss says: fired
Boss says: not good
Me says: Aw. I was going to come in with a tie and all.
Boss says: doesn't require dressing up

It's "directory", not "folder"!

Saw a ticket from a developer where they used "folder" which made my appetite go away. =( I IMed them for kicks - below is an excerpt of the IM convesation.

Me: Oh ewww, you call directories "folders," too? Windower! Hehe. Joking.
Had waaaay too much sugar today, and I'm nowhere near finished my Starburst portion for the day.
Developer: IT"S A FOLDER!!!!!!
Me: Haha.
Is not! That's just an illusion for within the GUI world! In the command-prompt, it's a directory!

Developer: nah ah! folder
Me: I'm getting the not-good-kind-of-shivers running up and down my spine just seeing "folder" being used in this context. =P Directory! Subdirectory! =)
Developer: FOLDER FOLDER FOLDER
